Our Recruitment Process
Send Us Your CV Below Stage
We will review you CV and if you meet the positions Key Selection Criteria we will make contact with you. This is normally within 3 working days of receipt. Assuming we have a position open.
Ai Interview Stage
One of our team will organise a phone call with you and discuss your CV and how you fit with our Key Selection criteria.
Basic Testing Stage
We will have you undertake an online tests which test your basis English Skills, Maths skills and understanding of your process.
This stage takes around 10 to 40mins depending on how quickly you complete the 2 tests.
Zoom/Physical Interview Stage
We will undertake a more detailed interview looking into your experience and a series of question and answer based on our Key Selection Criteria. This is your time to shine.
(Senior Positions) Meet the Team Stage
You will have an informal sit down chat (often over lunch) with your team mates. This is a great way to get to know them and make an impression with your vision, history and experience.
(Senior Positions) Final Chat with The Founders Stage
You will have an informal zoom chat with one of more members of the Board to make sure that there's a personality and culture fit for the senior management team.
Basic Key Selection Criteria
Each applicant will be graded out of 10 against the following criteria. The Key Selection Criteria for all positions are as follows:
